Today we will make the review of the Facebook Application called StoreYa, which helps Online retailers to "become Social in less than a minute".

The basic idea of this great Facebook Application is to offer to Online Retailers a solution for importing their online Store into Facebook and customize the new storefront to match both Facebook arena and the specific store's look & feel. In a nutshell when you use this Facebook Application users can see all the products offered that you sell in your online shop and when they chose what they want to buy and click on a product they are automatically taken to the real shop to finish the process of purchase.

In my opinion the idea of this Facebook Application is great, since I think that users are still reluctant from buying directly on Facebook, and this opens a new world of possibilities for online retailers, that want to take the next step into the social world but yet have not found the right way to do it.

Another interesting feature offered by the StoreYa is the backend platform which enables online retailers to track the performance of their products, analyze the interactions of users with products and also make searches on Facebook seeking for purchase intent from users updating their status.

I had the chance to talk with the developers of this Facebook App and they explained to me how this works with the following example:

For example: if you're selling shoes, and you type in "I want to buy shoes" you will receive fresh statuses that were just being posted by users.

In my opinion StoreYa did a great job in terms of the solution that they provide as well as the potential increase on sales that they offer to online retailers. My qualification for this Facebook Application is 4.8 out of 5. A must have Application, if you are selling online.

The Facebook Application that I will review today is called Next Video and I am pretty sure that if you are reading this post from your office, you will be more than happy to check it out.

The idea of this Facebook Application is to simplify the process of finding the latest trending comedic videos, and to create a place on Facebook where users can watch some of the web's best content while still engaging with their friends.

The way this Facebook Application works is very simple. Basically it searches through public Facebook posts for any video postings that users have made that contain keywords, such as "funny" or "hilarious" and like that identifies comedic content. Once this scraping is done users can access to all this content in a like "ChatRoulette" environment with the next button always there to skip the content to the next surprise.

This Facebook application can guarantee hours of entertainment without too much hassle, since all the filtering is already done. If you like the content you can also favorite it or post it in you wall to share it with your Facebook friends, and if you don't like it you just have to press the next button to start all over again with the experience.

The qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4.7 out of 5, honestly it's being a while since I get to review an app that is so entertaining and easy to use as this one. My advice, go and check it out.

It's being a long time since my last Facebook review, but it came to me a request to review a Facebook Application which I couldn't deny since we are finishing this 2010 and is about time to wrap up our new year resolutions.

The Facebook Application that I will review today is called "My 2011 New Year's resolutions" and is a simple app that will engrave in stone (or bits) our new year's resolutions so as to help us to achieve them.

The basic idea of this Facebook Application is to let everybody know which are our new year resolutions and like that be more motivated by our friends and surroundings to achieve those goals. As some people say, if you say it, you are committed to...

So basically when you install this Facebook Application you will have to post your New year's resolutions and they will be published on your Facebook stream where everybody can see it and like that provide you with their support.

I think the the overall idea of this Facebook Application is very interesting and the impact of the application can be really substantial. I personally believe that once you share your goals with other people, "peer pressure" can be a good thing to lead your own success.

It would be great if I could see somewhere within the Application my friend's resolutions so as to provide them my support as well. Some kind of follow up section that could turn into an interesting meeting point where friends a resolutions get together. This would give some extra value to the app, and allow users to use it more than just one time.

My qualification for this Facebook Application review is 4.2 out of 5, I liked the idea and the concept behind it. This is a great example of something simple, well developed and straight to the point.

It's being a while since my last Facebook Application Review, but life has been quite busy lately, but now I am back and today I will review the Facebook Application called Crane BlueBook.

This Facebook app enables you to "tag" your friends statuses with one out of the 12 fun and visually iconic BlueBooks icons. These icons range from congratulatory to gently critical so basically you will be able to tell your friends almost everything through them, and if you feel that they are not enough you can always add a comment.

The use of this Facebook Application is very simple and intuitive. Once you install the app you will see your friends listed on the left with their updated status, and an empty box that you will need to fill by dragging one of the 12 books that you have on the right side of the app. Once you have "Tagged" your friends you click the post button and you are done.

Maybe by using this very nice designed Facebook app you will be able to tell all those things that you never dared to say with words by using one of the cool icons offered.

It would be very good also if within the Application users could request/suggest more icons so as to fit the needs of every user.

Overall this Facebook Application is very simple, and fun to use. I think that the challenge will be to make users return to it after using it for the first time, since there is no rewarding or follow up of the actions that you do with the app.

The qualification for this Facebook Review is 4 out of 5. Because of it's design and usability. Maybe if the approach would be more social to generate a long term engagement between the users that use the app, they could get some extra points. Still one of the best designed so far out of the previous Facebook Applications reviewed on this Blog.

Facebook Application Review of MapEvents

The Facebook Application Review of today will be about the recently released app called MapEvents. As most of you might guess this Facebook enables you to search and find people and events around you and globally.

Basically this Facebook application let's you share and find interesting events around the globe by using Google maps and it could be described an hybrid between a Social Network (you and your friends submitting events on the map) and an Event Calendar (date & place).

When you install this Facebook application the first thing you will get to see is a very useful tour explaining the basic functions of the app, and once you are done you will be prompted to submit, if you want, your home address to get some initial credits(that still I don't understand what can I do with them).

After you are done is all about adding a new event. To do that you must press the add event link on the header and write the details of the event that you want to pin on the map and that's it.

The idea of this Facebook Application has a lot of potential and it's approach in my opinion is good and I would really like to see some integration with iPhone maybe and use this social layer to the already existent geo location apps such as Facebook places, Gowalla or Foursquare.

One thing that I do think that they must improve is the UI. Somehow the whole thing looks too crowded without enough space to breath, and in the quest to offer more options, features I feel lost in some cases without knowing where to go.

Bottom line is a great idea, with lot's of potential depending on how far they push this app to make it popular enough to have the map full of events.

My qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.2 out of 5, I believe in this kind of applications, but to succeed they will have to learn from the big players who understand that simplicity is Bliss and they should seek for that.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the new and interesting app called My Foursquare.

Ass all the location application enthusiast might be thinking this Facebook Application brings a great merge between the popular Foursquare and all the social power of Facebook.

Basically what this Facebook app does is to make easy to show your Foursquare badges, mayorships, and checkins on Facebook, your blog or your website. The main idea behind this comes out from the pain that until now there was no way to easily display all of your checkins, badges or mayorships across the web.

Once you go this Facebook Application the first thing that you will be required is to link your foursquare account with the app so as to make the connection work... and that's pretty much it, you will be ready to roll.

The good thing about this App is that it has several customization options that make it easy to display your Foursquare stuff in the way you like. You can choose which elements you want to show and also offers design customization options.

One thing that I think that they can improve about this Facebook Application is the fact that you are required to sign up through their website instead of doing it within Facebook. I felt weird about the fact that they took me out of Facebook to log in through Facebook connect... it doesn't make too much sense to me.

Besides that I think this is a very cool Facebook app for those foursquare fans who want to share their things within their Facebook friends.

My qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.3 out of 5, hoping to see more apps like this one that bring real and fun engagement as this one.

Treasure Hunting on FACEBOOK

After some time here I am with more Facebook Application Reviews. This time I will write about the new Facebook App Wuhaa!.

This interesting Application is totally different from all the apps that we have been reviewing on this blog, and it's a good example of what you can get when you merge several services into a new thing.

The main idea of this Facebbok Application is to offer a global treasure hunt using a mash-up of Facebook, Google and the app developer's in house technology. Basically you have to search for Wuhaa! coins through Google's Street View service, and then you can redeem them by purchasing real retail prizes.

The cool thing about this Facebook App is that the hole treasure hunt which by itself as a game is fun, feel just better when it happens to be around the greatest cities of the globe turning this app into a fun and addictive game.

On the other side I must say that sometimes I felt like paying the price of being playing on a Mash-up environment waiting some times longer than what I would like to... but this could be improved easily if desired. Specially when it comes to wait for the maps to load and stuff like that.

Overall I think that this is a great Facebook Application and my qualification for this review is 4.4 out of 5, I really like applications that try to push the boundaries of what we are use to see and integrate other interesting services such as Google Street view in this case. And also at last but not least... I really like Facebook Applications that offer real prices.

The Facebook application Review of today is about the recently released app called Pixeostar.

This fun Facebook Application lets users create their own photo or video contest and get their friends to join. The main idea is that after the contest has been created, either if it's about the coolest Halloween costume, or the best dancing moves, users can vote and/or comment on the pictures/videos, and the person with the most votes when the time is up will win a prize.

Once you install this Facebook application you will requested either to join a contest or to create your own. If you decide to go for the second option you will have to chose whether you want to create a photo contest or a video contest, then you will have to select the deadline for the contest, prizes for the winners and that's it you are done.

For those who enjoy the thrill of competing with their friends to see who has the best photos and videos this application for sure will w keep you busy and entertained.

The onne thing that I did not like about this Facebook Application is the idea of giving virtual gifts to the winners as the right incentive for people to use the app. Somehow I feel that virtual gifts are not interesting and I would never pay for them. I think that a good twist to modify that could be to request from users joining a contest to chip in with $1 or $2 as an "entry fee" and at then pay with that found to the winners. If money cannot be used people could collaborate on a gift certificate or something else.

Besides that I think that this Facebook application it's very interesting and has a very good and clean design. The navigation and user interface are very good as well.

My qualification for this Facebook application review is 4.3 out of 5, I really liked the idea and if I could win real prizes for sure I would be creating contest and promoting them among all my Facebook friends.

The Facebook Application Review of today is about the recently released development of the website art.com, called "MyFrameShop".

This Facebook Application was developed to provide users the ability to turn any personal photo into a professionally-framed work of art.

As simple as it sounds, once you install this app you can upload your personal photos either from your computer, Facebook albums, Picasa or Flickr accounts to the application. When the photos have been uploaded you can custom-frame the selected photo by choosing from hundreds of moulding and mat combinations.

I personally think that the whole idea of this Facebook Application is very good because it brings a fast and simple solution to a real problem which is framing and printing pictures, in a very simple and well designed interface.

One thing that I did not like about this Facebook app was the fact that I was forced to let them prompt on my status without asking for permission. Honestly I think that this can be a helpful tool to promote the app, but if I am a customer purchasing from the app I think that I deserve not to be used as an advertising source as well. - Due to this review the developers decided to change this. Good Job!!

My qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4 out of 5. Overall they did a great job, and as I said before I really like Facebook Application that make our lives easier, and this is one of them.

Today Facebook Application Review is about the just released app called 3DCards.

The idea of this Facebook Application is to enable you to connect with your friends by sending them gifts, in the form of of 3D Cards, Animated 3DGifts and very interesting 3D pokes that can include selection of photos, videos and music.

According to the developers of this Facebook Application "this new way of visual messaging allows you to send and receive greetings, travel logs, or just fun life moments or personal feelings."

When you install this Facebook Application the first thing that you will find is a wide variety of different type of cards to send in a very cool 3D environment. Once you chose the right thing to send, you must click on it and that's it... your 3dcard will be posted on your Wall or friends wall.

Overall this Facebook Application “My 3D Cards” is easy to use and enjoy, it's UI is quite simple and the overall look of the application is very good.

Another interesting thing about this Application is that if you are not into creating cards with your profile photos or videos, you can still search and select from millions of stock photos from Google images, flickr and videos and music from Youtube.

One thing that could be improved on this Facebook Application would be the loading time of some of the elements related with the cards such as Video, or large photo files. I personally do not enjoy waiting for things until they finish loading and that makes me wonder about the balance between cool animations and users wait.

My qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4.2 out of 5, it's a cool application, by far the best I've seen about sending cards to friends of Facebook.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about Cold War: Clambake in my opinion the possible next big hit on role-playing games following the steps of the great and successful Farm Ville.

The idea of this Facebook Application as their authors say "it's about competing for good or evil in communist propaganda campaigns using ice cream trucks to target pets, subversive boy bands that use ultrasonic waves to drive American youth insane, and other deadly, outlandish scenarios".

When you install this addictive and fun Facebook game, the first thing that you are requested to do is to pick a side, customize your avatar, and follow some simple instructions to get you ready to start world domination.

When it comes to describing this Facebook Application or trying to categorize it, the best thing would be to say that Cold War is the meeting point of a virtual world ,social media and comics.

Most probably this game will make it to the top list of RPG Facebook games, because everything up to the last detail has been sculpted in the right way, with the right amounts of explanations, graphics and missions.

My qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4.7 out of 5. In my humble opinion this Facebook app will be responsible for keeping us busy on Facebook some extra minutes every day.. so get your allies aligned, earn intelligence points by doing the right missions... and get ready to take over the enemy.

The Facebook Application Review of today is about the just launched App called Last Letter. This new Facebook Application is a simple but very addictive game that will test your memory speed as geographical knowledge.

We you install this Facebook Application you are one click from starting the game. The main idea is to compete against the App by writing names of cities or countries from all over the world, but this locations must start with the last letter of the location entry provided by the Application.

Now the cool part of this Facebook application is that when you are trying to figure out the name of a country or city that you can write there is a clock ticking which will really test how fast your mind and fingers are.

Another good thing that they added to this Application is what they call bonus letters which are letters that if you manage to include in the location that you write will give you extra points.

The design as well as the User Interface of this Facebook Application are top level. Honestly I've seen very few Apps that manage to simplify in such a clean and usable way the idea that they wanted to bring to the users as the developers of last letter did.

Only one thing I would personally change about this Facebook App is that when a user writes a wrong location, he is supposed to erase the location to be able to write a correct one. This leads to time waste while deleting wrong locations, and it's just makes the user feel that he is wasting time and his engagement gets unfocused for some seconds.

Anyway this is a great app, my qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4.7 out of 5. Check it out and test your expertise about the globe and it's places.

Facebook Application Review of ShtListr

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the fun App called ShitListr. The concept of this Facebook app is very simple, let's say a friend ditches you at a party or someone forgets your birthday -- you're mad at them, but still not enough to remove them from your Facebook friends. Well that's exactly where this Facebook Application starts being useful by letting you add them to your shit list.

So once you had add some of your "not that good friends" in this Facebook Application list a notification will be posted into their wall stating the reason why they have been added to your ShitList. The cool thing about this simple and very easy to use application is that from this point- "after strike one" - the whole Facebook community can vote in order to promote your added friends and raise their "Crapularity" in the rankings.

Overall this Facebook app looks very nice, they made a good job in terms of UI and design. The only downside that I found it is the fact that some of the posts look a little bit spammy, so maybe some moderation or flagging system could help to guarantee the fun of the ecosystem created by this Application.

My qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.2 out of 5, a cool and fresh idea with a nice design... so go ahead and start adding those nominated friends that we all have and some times do not understand what did they do wrong.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the interesting app called doTogether which enables you to start an activity or ask a question and get real time answers from friends in the form of actionable links with images/videos.

When you install this Facebook Application the first thing that you will be asked is "What do you want to do"... and from there this Social collaboration tool will let you engage on a live conversation around your friend's recommendations around this topic. Also you will be able to bookmark URLs, with different sources of related information so as to organize better the thing that you want to do.This Facebook app will also give you the possibility to install what they define as the doTogether tool which is a browser add on that will make easier the process of bookmarking related elements to the Application from the Web.

As the developers of this Facebook Application describe on their site " If you are searching the web, start an activity and invite your friends to help you along. Do it together. It's fun, easy and saves you time."

Overall the design of this Application looks fine as well as the UI. If I could suggest for some improvements that would be to organize better the way the information is displayed because some times I felt that something was missing along the way.

Overall this is a cool concept and a good Facebook Application, so my qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.1 out of 5. So next time you know, before doing it alone you can do it together with your Facebook friends, with this App.

The main idea of this Facebook Application is to offer to the users a new level of entertainment by creating an almost unlimited universe of games and options inside the new world that they offer. The main idea to become Famous and Rich, how you do it??.. well there is a long way for that!!!

To get started with this Facebook Application you will need to create your Avatar. For those who are not familiar with this word, an Avatar is a fictional character (which represents your persona) that interacts with other avatars in virtual environments. The cool thing with Avatars is that they are customizable, and along time and experience things and features can be added to it.

The main idea of this application is to go over different experiences which will reward us with money and points that later we will be able to trade for goods, and upgrades. For example you can use an object such as your telephone to call a PR agent that can help you to win extra Hotness points. This points of hotness most probably in the near future will let you go through things easier.

So the main idea of this Facebook Application is to go beyond the traditional games, and offer to the Facebook users a new adventure through out different layers of interaction with the Application as well as with your friends that use it at the same time.

Overall this Facebook Application is a great entertainment for those who are into virtual worlds, so if you are into this type of games, where everything must be achieved by following different steps, then this great application is for you.

As I said before they are still in Beta, so you might bump into some bugs, but still the whole experience can be achieved. The graphics of this Facebook Application are amazing, as well as the way all the elements have been put together making it very attractive and addictive (in the good way of course)

My qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.5 out of 5, and my recommendation is to give it a try even if this will be your first time in Applications based on virtual worlds, only the first scenarios that you will see make it worth to check!

Once that step is done you will have to go through the "Personalize" step where you will be able to upload pictures from your Facebook Account as well as some other useful sources such as Picasa, Photobucket, etc.

The last step on this Facebook Application is to Review the final result of the created Clip, which for sure will not deceive you.

To be honest when I install this Application to write this Facebook Review I was impressed by the way all the information was displayed, either through very food graphical elements, or through analytical text.

The main idea of this interesting Facebook Application is to use the power of the Social Network, and bring results according to profile matches. To do this when you install this app the firs thing that you will be required to do is to create a "SecondLove profile". Once that is done you will start appearing in the search results of this Facebook Application.

When I started Reviewing this Facebook Application the one and only thing I did not really like about during the process of making my profile was the fact that I was required to fill all the profile fields, instead of allowing me to fill only the ones that I feel comfortable with. Besides that only good words about this new app.

Once the profile is done, I spent some time making some searches finding different combination of profiles.. which to my surprise this Facebook Application responded very well, with good listings and call to action buttons such as "send a message" or "send a wink".

So in conclusion for this Facebook Application Review this app is pretty cool, easy to use and a great free solution for those who are looking for an excellent quality free online dating experience on Facebook. Today's Facebook Application Review is about a very interesting app called Yowindow (Weather)... I guess by now I made too easy for you to guess what's about...

The main idea of this Facebook Application is to provide you the weather forecast in a new and more interesting way. Imagine that instead of getting "the cold" information from the weather channel, or radio you could literally see a beautiful landscape, that changes along with the weather to give you the right picture of what's the status out there.

A good way to describe this would be as the developers of this Facebook Application say:

"Just like the view from your window."

The cool thing about this Facebook Application is that once you install it you can browse cities from all over the world and the actual weather from the selected spot is reflected in the landscape with amazing changes according to the season and current forecast... this means that you will see actual cloud cover, rain, snow, fog, even thunderstorms.

Also there is another cool feature that let's you go over he days to see the actual changes in the picture, so as to visually figure out what will happen.

Overall this Facebook Application is a good app to install and use every morning before leaving to the office. Specially for "Visual" people like me. When numbers are not enough to understand whether to take a jacket or not, this Facebook Application comes to the rescue.

The Facebook Application Review of today is about the App called "When I Croak" which has a very interesting idea to share with us which believe me you did not expect.

The main idea of this Facebook Application is to be able to chose what would you like to happen when you pull the short straw... or writing it more clear... when you die. After that day we are going to the centre of attention so this idea stands for choosing all the things that we want to happen that day. So yes, you are reading right...this Facebook Application will let you plan in a fun way your big day, so get started and start picking your selection of songs, poems and list of guests for that day that I personally wish is far away from all of us.

As the developers of this Facebook Application told me: "When I Croak is the fun way to plan your big day. Taking care of these details is oddly enjoyable in itself - and it also saves your loved ones from having to make these decisions at a difficult time (let them argue over the will instead!)"

An interesting thing of this Facebook Application besides it's original and weird idea is the fact that you can see some charts of the most selected choices for music, Poestry and reading plus access a several amount of interesting websites and links shared by the users "planning their goodbye party" with this app. Also you can export your information to a secure place outside Facebook and give others access if you want.

Favorite Place in the World on FACEBOOK

Today's Facebook Application Review of the recently launched Application called "Favorite Places on Facebook".

This interesting Facebook Application is about Maps, locations and Favorite places. The main idea is to enable users to select their favorite places in the world through Google Maps and the application will then let users to add this exact location (map included) and the Google StreetView panorama into their Facebook profile.

Once you share your selected favorite place on your Facebook Profile your friends will be able to see it and comment about it as well as play with the camera of the Google StreetView service. So basically with this Facebook Application you can start a snowball by selecting one place that will take your friends to different destinations over and over again.

Google StreetView... what??. For those who are not very familiar with this, Google Street View Panorama is an amazing service that offers 360 degrees pictures of some of the most popular locations in the world and all of them are linked with Google Maps, so let's say you find The Eiffel Tours in France through Google Maps, then you can see real pictures of that place with Street View.... amazing right?

Anyway back to the Facebook Review...as I was writing before, once the user has found his favorite place through the Google Map, and checked out all the pictures about the area, he can also share some comment or story explaining why this is one of his favorite places in the world. I personally think that this idea is a great thing to share memories with friends... like " do you remember when we went backpacking to Spain and..."

So my friends that's all about this Facebook Application Review of Favorite Places which is great Facebook App. I love Google Maps and Google Street View so this app won my heart from the beginning. My qualification is 4.4 out of 5. If you look at me... I'll be " walking around the streets of Tokyo for the next ten minutes before I go to bed.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about an Application willing to help the environment, called Animals Gone Wild.

The idea of this Facebook Application developed by Chegg ((an online textbook rental company) is to help nature by planting a real tree every time one of the goals of this Facebook App is achieved.

To do that once you install this App you have to share with your Facebook friends pictures of cute, wild animals and every ten shares a real tree is planted thanks to the a partnership between the Developers of this Facebook Application and the American Forests Global ReLeaf Program.

As I've been personally told by the promoters of this Facebook Application Animals Gone Wild, their innovative marketing model with environmental implications is aiming to create a more involved concious of the effects of deforestation and through that promote their product.

Overall I personally think that this Facebook Application has a great design and I am always in favor of Marketing Campaigns that invest their budgets in effective things besides branding.. so they have my Kudos for that.

The qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.3 out of 5, great goal, great idea and a very smart Marketing twist that shows us that people can make real business and help nature at the same time.

This is a list of all the things that you can do in this Facebook Application "Build a Bar"

1. Customizing your bar, to make it attractive to new customers.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the new app about to be released called The woZZon. The main idea of this Facebook Application is to organize your Social life in terms of Live events, Festivals, gigs, comedy shows, films and theater to tourist attractions, art galleries and much more.

When you install this Facebook Application the first thing that you will see is the homepage full of Icons with the different categories that are offered by this app that states to have "the most comprehensive search tool on Facebook for What's On in the UK". Once you have selected the desired category you will arrive to a full listing of options according to the option selected with very useful and relevant information such as: Time, Costs, Directions, Production company and even a google map showing you the exact location.

The UI (user interface) of this Facebook Application woZZon is very easy to use, and well designed. Simple, Clear and most important Functional.

One of the cool things about this Facebook App is that all the sharing and bookmarking features necessary to facilitate the process of finding an interesting event and sharing it with our Facebook friends so as to get some feedback from them such as rating and comments.. have been placed in the right spots, simple and easy with only one click.

The one thing that you must know about this Facebook App is that the core of their Database of events is based on Social events happening in UK, but hopefully in no time some more countries will be included.

So this is all my fellow readers, if you want to know what is ON in the UK area, do not hesitate for a second, this App will be of much help.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the new app to be launched publicly today called Clip in Touch Greetings.

This new Facebook Application is a Greeting type Application with a great a design which shines by it's own at the very beginning, while you start using it.

The main idea once you install this Facebook App and after you watch the video on the introduction is to create you own personalized Greeting card with capabilities to include all sort of media such as Photos from your Facebook Albums, Videos from the Application library and also customizable text. (See pic below)

Overall this Application Clip in Touch Greetings works great, looks great and is very easy to get started. Once you finish your video you can tag your friends in the case that you included them in one of the pictures, and then you can either share it in your Facebook profile, send it to some of your friends.... or if you feel very viral make both of them.

The concept of this Application is not something new, but their approach and development made the extra push to make it worth trying it. The qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.5 out of 5, as far as I am concerned this is by far the best Greetings Application Reviewed on this Blog.

The main idea of this Facebook Application is to successfully "automate your social life" according to your interests, based on the principle that machines should be at the service of their owners.

Once you install this Facebook Application it will start matching you and your friends interests and activities based on profile information initially. From there, it starts getting an idea for your compatibility based on questions that people have submitted resulting in better and more targeted offers, to improve your Social life activities.

Once the Application has understood which are the things that match better with your interests and based on your availability and compatibility, it suggests things to do and with whom you should do them.

Overall this Facebook Application works, fine, is very easy to use and to measure it's accuracy I will have to wait for a couple of days until some of my contacts start filling their profiles. Still a good App, so my qualification for this Facebook Review is 4 out of 5.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the App called Should I?, which is an interesting application for the current times when micro blogging platforms such as Twitter are making such a big buz on the web engaging people through short and concise messages.

This Facebook Application is about asking if you should or shouldn't do something. The idea of this is to be able to throw the question to the Facebook community so as to see what kind of reply you will receive and maybe like that help you to decide.

When you install this Facebook Application yuo only have to write your question, and if you want more options than the common closed answers (Yes & No) you can customize the options so as to guide the audience.

If I could ask something to be improved in this Facebook Application that would be to ask them to be more strict when it comes to write a Should I sentence, because I've seen lot's of messages that just have nothing to do with a Should I question (which I think can bring interesting content to the app)

The Facebook Application Review of today is called Wordy and it's about playing with Words, yes you heard me right words it is this time.

Basically this Facebook Application is made up of several different interesting and challenging games with words which will prove you how skilled you are when it comes to connecting the letters under time pressure, or letters restrictions.

Once you install this Facebook Application you will find yourself immerse in an addictive new universe of word games that support various vocabulary types, different game modes (individual & multiplayer) and monthly and all-time top scores so as to measure our performance with the other Facebook users.

When I started writing this Facebook Review I thought about this Application as a simple Words game platform but after some minutes checking all the features on it I realized it wasn't only about fun games but also about very addictive and challenging puzzles that also helped me to orrect some of my spelling while playing.

Overall this Facebook Application is a great achievement because of the level of engagement that users reach while playing the games which by the way are very good.

If I could ask for only one modification of this App, that would be the fact that some of the features can only be unlocked by following some of their instructions such as inviting people to use this Facebook Application...soemthing that always is a turn of in my opinion.

The Facebook Application Review of today is about the App developed by Richard DiBona called New York Times Advanced Archive. This amazing Facebook app is one of a kind and as far as I know the first one to use the recently released API from the New York Times database.

This Facebook Application allows users to browse and search the full New York Times article archive back to 1981, drilling down on search results by topic, people mentioned, geographical places, organizations mentioned, or type of article.

Also besides the past articles browsing feature, you can see in real time news as soon as they are published in The New York Times (like a Newswire), so it's not only about what happened in the past but also what is happening right now... and everything in this very well thought Facebook Application.

Honestly I was very impress when I came into this Facebook Application not only because of the fast access to news from some long years ago but also because among all the Reviews made in this Facebook Blog I never came to an Application that really makes use of the potential provided by an API of this kind.

This Facebook Application is an Image Quiz type app, where you will see a picture and you will have to answer what are you looking at. The interesting thing about this Facebook Application is that they develop it with an interesting twist, because what separates this one from other standard quiz Applications is that you will compete in real time with other users on Facebook to be the first to guess an Image quiz.

One extra feature of this Facebook Application is that you can also confine your quiz to one of your Facebook groups- or maybe create a group just for that purpose.

The categories, have been well thought and some of the quizzes are very hard which makes the application more interesting. For example this one...

If I could suggest some extra things that would be more quizzes (which is just a matter of time because users can create their own Quizzes), and maybe some background Images so as achieve the look and feel that makes application not look like an only text app.

Have you heard about the show called No reservations hosted by Anthony Bourdain??, well my friends if you did I have no doubt you will enjoy this Facebook Review, because yes you are guessing right...they made a Facebook Application.

The No Reservations Facebook Application is basically the shows idea translated into a Facebook App letting all the users be the hosts of the adventure. If you have never heard about the show, the main idea of it is traveling and trying as many different dishes as destinations reached.

When you install this Facebook Application you will find yourself with a world map with some land marks, and in the lower right side the description of each of the signs inside the map. Basically the main idea is to allow you to locate according all your favorite places restaurants and create a Review of them so as to earn points. Those points will let the user improve their reputation and also change the points for prizes.

The good think about this Application is that everyone can add their favorite place regardless the scale of the business allowing each of the users share what they like the most and maybe who knows catching Anthonys attention to make a show in that country.

The mountains included in this Facebook Application are Whistler, Hemlock, Grouse, Cypress and Seymour planning to add more titles soon.

Once you install this Facebook Application the first thing that you have to do is to fill a very short and concise profile detailing what kind of sports do you practice so as to make the right listing and let you find your "Snow Buddy".

The main idea of the creators of this Application as they told me while I was doing the right research to write this Facebook Review was not only to help people meet new people with the same passion for the snow sports but also to encourage people to share rides so as to reduce emissions, which is something that I totally support. That's why inside this app you can either post a ride hosted by you, listing all the details of the offer such as time of the ride, available seats, type of car, etc and also apply to people that already posted their offer and are willing to share their ride with you.

Some other features of this Facebook App, are weather conditions and a Sell & Buy market where you can post the equipment that you want sell and maybe(who knows?) make some extra money and/or find that board that you desperately wanted to buy but couldn't afford to buy it new.

So my qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.2 out of 5, design, usability and presentation of the information are very well achieved. I liked it and I am just hoping to see more mountains soon.

There are several actions that a user can do in order to get more money to be able to increase the size of your empire. Hey there, this Facebook Review is going to be short and to the point, because in one of my hours looking for new applications to Review in this Blog I bumped into this Quiz type application called Who is your inner DIVA??, and of course after a title like that I couldn't resist myself to see my result.

Overall this Facebook Application is one out of the thousands out there where you have to answer some questions so as to get the final/amazing/unexpected(irony) result.

Well bottom line I did the test and my result was Beyonce and here goes a very poetic description of how am I....and a beatuifull Beyonce picture.

That's all folks, nothing else to do around here... but before that my qualification for this Facebook Review. 1.5 out of 5. Not a good day of Facebook Applications, but you know what they say... "the night is not going to last forever"... and of course some credit to the catching name of this App.

CELLUFUN?? - In FACEBOOK

Hi there, its me back for good... and I know I've been out for some time but you know sometimes things happen and it takes some time to get things back to normal... but that's it it's over now so more and more Facebook Application Reviews will be posted in this Blog.

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called Cellufun which is as they describe a community-driven mobile gaming portal.... what does that mean??-- well to be honest until you don't get to work with the Application you are just confused... but afterwards everything clears up.

Once you install this Facebook Application you will find yourself in a place with different options, some sort of Miniportal inside the Facebook app.

The options are the following

My Cellufun Page, which is kind of a profile page but with none or almost none design whatsoever...
Play Games...apparently only meant to give page impressions because no matter what you want to do inside the games the page will be reloaded showing more and more advertising...
Visit the cafe... I still don't really understand what's this for...
What's new, no need to explain this part of the Application.

So that's pretty much all there is, one good thing is that some of the games reminded me when I was a little kid spending crazy hours with the Atari, playing most of my time games that only by using this Facebook Application while doing this Review came back to my head.

Overall nothing interesting around this Facebook App. If you are looking for real fun look somewhere else :-0( ... My Qualification is 1.2 out of 5.

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called Needdit. This useful and incredible designed application follows the line of some other App already Reviewed on this Facebook Blog.

Basically Needdit is about shopping from the Amazon database directly from facebook. Also with this Application you can view your friends profiles to make shopping for them easier. This means that through the application you can access to you Facebook friends wish list in order to buy them what they want the most. An extra related with this is the fact that your friend's birthday date are listed in the right column, being this a good reminder to buy the presents straight from the app.

Another good thing about this Facebook Application is that you can Review the products you browse according to your preferences so as to help other shoppers to make a smart buy. Also the design, browsing and listing of products work perfect for a fast/smart buying.

Finally in this Facebook Application there is something called vGift - Virtual gifting of products. This tool will give users the opportunity to buy virtual gifts for your Facebook friends with a starting budget of $1000 vCash, and the more you interact with this Application, the more founds you will receive to "buy "virtual gifts.

My qualification for this Facebook Review is 4.5 out of 5. by far the most complete and well achieved shopping Application in my opinion.

I chose this Facebook Application because is way different that all the others that are looking for followers to vote one or another candidate, and I thought that the readers of this Facebook Blog would like to know what else besides party advertisement is out there to represent them.

Dorothy's American Dream is a simple and hope giver application where once you install it you have the chance to declare your dream to the Facebook universe. Once the dream has been posted people can show their support to your dream (or you can support other people's dreams) by endorsing them.

Basically once you install the Application you ll get the Sortprice.com search engine. Then you have write the name of any product that you would like to add to your wishlist and after this you make the search.

Once the results are showed there are different things that can be done.

Add the product to your Whishlist so as to give a clue to your Facebook friends on what you are expecting to receive in your future anniversaries.

Hey there, Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called What would you buy?, the Smarter Shopping Application.

By now you might be able to tell what this Facebook Application is about and you are probably right... is about sharing your opinions and asking for your friends ideas about things that you Would like to buy. So let's get it on with the Review.

When you install the Application you have to follow 4 simple steps in order to create the Poll that later will be voted by your Facebook friends.

First you have to think a question which will work as the title of the Poll... in my case looking for the best accesories for my Iphone I wrote "Iphone Accesories". Once the question has been saved you have to move to the second step where you have to chose the possible options by browsing (very good and fast browsing by the way) inside the Application. To make it more accurate the App itself offers Categories as well so as to be sure that the search is being done in the right place.

Once the options have been chosen (maximum 3 products at the same time), it's time to ask for your Facebook friend's Opinions.... and that's it.

Good things about the application are of course the Search engine that is very accurate and also the fact that if you feel like buying the prodcut by clicking on this Facebook Application you will be taken to smarter.com where you can find all the places where this products are being sold so as to get the best possible deal.

Also inside the Application you can make a Shopping list where you can add all the products that you would like to buy.... (this is a good way to avoid undesired presents!!).

In general Ireally liked the Application because some times is useful to ask for a second opinion regarding future purchases, and also the fact that even thoug this application is about comparing things and asking our things what do they think about them you get also the chance to make the actual buying in a good deal.

Yes my friends this Application will let you post your Agony, that little thing that is burning inside of you and you need to take it out. Once the Agony is posted other Facebook users will have the possibility to write a comment to help you find that support or answer that you couldn't have before.

So Basically once you install this cool Facebook Application you will get the chance to write your Agony, or read other peoples Agonys and post comments on them. Because the Application will create a profile on every user that installs Agonymous, you will be able to subscribe to Agonies that you might find interesting so as to receive alertes every time somebody makes a comment on them. Today's Facebook Review is about the new and current Facebook Application called myPick U.S. Elections 2008.... and yes this app is about one of the most important events that the US is living these days (besides the banks falling apart).

When I was doing this Facebook Review the first thing that came to my head was when I did in this same blog a Review of an Application about the elections in Canada, and now almost one year later this Application in front of me covering the same topic (different country of course) and all the improvements and differences (good ones) that we can see on this Facebook Application compared to the one made some time ago.

When you install this Application the first thing you have to do is to fill the state where you are located and also chose a slogan that could identify your campaign. Once you finish with this, you have to answer two simple questions related with the coming elections, and that's it. From there you will get access to a map with all the results of this poll. The colore in the map show the estimated results according to the questions provided by the Facebook users that installed the Application.

Also you can find in this Application other diferent types of polls where you can answer which of the candidates is better for this and that, and provide a free comment around the question asked.

On this Application every time you participate either by answering questions, or playing the Trivia or voting other candidates you gain points that will let you postulate for different "positions"in the future elections, so if yo want to run for president you really have to take this App seriuosly.

I think that one positive thing about this Application is that the Facebook users will get the chance to raise their voice and maybe say something interesting that can help others to make a wise decision while voting.

I liked this application, specially more when I compare it with the old one Reviewed and I see how many improvements can be done in so few time. My qualification for this Facebook Review is 4 out of 5.

Today's Facebook Application Review is about the beta version of the App called Wisheo. This new Application is about creating groups to buy gifts for other people, or for you if you use the application as a wish list.

When you install this App, the first thing you have to do is to create a group gift. When you do this you have to specify for which person or event you want to start collecting the money for the present and when you need to have collected all the contributions to make it on time if there is a specific deadline.
After that the Facebook Application will ask you to search the present you want to buy with the group and then the fund raising begins.

While I was making this Facebook Review, I created a group to buy me an Iphone for my birthday, and setting up the group and listing the desired product did not take me more than 2 minutes. The application runs very fast and everything is very user friendly.

In addition to all the described above the Application allows you to track Contributions (and non participating also), and once the desired amount of money is achieved you can also send thank you Emails to all the people that collaborated to achieved the wished gift.

One very important thing very well solved by this Facebook Application is that all the Payments and contributions are only handled by Paypal providing security to the users in all their transactions.

My qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4.3 out of 5, I think this application provides an interesting solution to the group gift and also offers all the extras for the users comfort.

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called Roommate. The idea of writing this review came some weeks ago when I had to leave my flat and start looking again for a place to rent and... a new roommate... which is the hardest part of the whole moving in moving out thing.

This Facebook Application is basically about helping you to do that in the best way possible. First when you install the app you have to fill a form scoring different things that will give you a hint of how compatible you can be with the other people that as well as you are looking for someone to live with.

The questionnaire of the Application is very complete covering almost the most important things that you should know before you accept living with someone else. And I personally think while writing this Facebook Review, that the answers of those questions can really give you an honest picture of the person to be accepted (or not) as your next roommate.

Once the questionnaire is finished, the Application Roommate will tell you which are the most compatible Roommates for you according to the answers provided in your and their questionnaires. Also in this Facebook Application you can post an add to look for a Roommate.

There are is at least one thing that I would definitely add to this Facebook Application so as to make it more accurate and useful for the wide audience of Facebook. This addition would be the option to browse by country and state, because being compatible with somebody is useless if you don't want to live in the same country/city

In conclusion this Facebook Application is useful but could be developed more in order to take it to the next level. The idea and the aiming is correct, but I personally think that if they would really add all the required features so as to really help the Facebook users to find a compatible Roommate this Application could be an amazing tool.

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application Most Likely to inspired on the Comedy what Happens in Vega's starred by Ashton and Cameron Diaz.

This Facebook Application is about letting your friend know what do you think of them by assigning them labels on some crazy things that happen in the movie. There are some very funny labels such as

So basically after you install this Facebook Application you have to select out of your Facebook friends which one fits better for the label provided. Then they will receive the most likely to message.... in my case to be a Stripper ( I actually do not know why my friends would think of me like that)

Regarding the usability and design, there are no complains, it's a simple, fun and easy to use Facebook Application.

Today's Facebook Review is about the new Application called iTrailer.
This new and interesting Application is about customizing yotube videos... customizing... what do you mean by that.... well you can basically write wathever you want to say in a simply text window and then this will be showed during the movie.

Basically once you install this Facebook Application you have to start looking for the Youtube video you want to use. So once ypu have the right movie, you have to copy and paste the link inside of the link box that appears in the Application. Once this is done you go to the second stage of the application where you have to write the text that you want to be displayed during the Videos playback.

Once the movie with the written text are ready you can send it to your Facebook friends. No more and no less for this Facebook Review. One good thing that could be added to this application could be the option to load home made movies as well as movies from other video websites such as Dailymotion or Metacafe.

I personally think that this Facebook Application borns from a very good idea, but maybe some guidance suche as some extra text explaining to the user what he has to do while using the app could be of big help. Some work on design would also improve a lot the perception of this Application as well.

Overall my qualification for this Facebook Review is 3 out of 5.

Todays Facebook Review is about Terminator SCC (Sarah Connor Cronicles). First before starting with this Facebook Review please let me say WOW. Honestly this Application goes beyond all the previous app Reviewed on this Facebook Blog.

The main idea of this Facebook Application based on the Series Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles is to be part of the war between Machines and Humans so as to decide the destiny of Human kind.

When you install the application you get the option to chose for which side you want to fight for, and from there two more steps, the first one would be recruiting allies to join you for the final battle and the second and more entertaining one is taking part of the combat by completing several missions.

Of course once I was making this Facebook Review I joined the Machines and spend some crazy time fighting and shouting.

The graphics as well as the user friendly interface make of this Facebook Application a must for those who enjoy shooting games... like me.

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called TypingMaster. Now, I guess you all know what kind of application this is it, but believe me they really found a good twist to make this one very interesting.

For people like me for example, that spend lots of hours in front of the computer writing this Facebook Blog and also working in other things always in front of the monitor, the typing issue is always there. Because I know that the fastest and more accurate I get to type what I want/have to express.. the less time ill be working.

So here comes this Facebook Application that gives you the opportunity to test how fast and accurate you can type a text that will be shown in a certain period of time, and then compare your results with your Facebook Friends results, or with all the users that installed and used this app. So that's it, not more not less...

One negative thing that I found about this Facebook Application is that in order to get started you need to be sure that you have the Jave Plug in to get going, otherwise your test will have to wait until you get the proper updates to run the Application.

Besides that everything runs smooth and easy, I really liked it and did the Typing test a bunch of times so as to see if I could improve my mark.... Unfortunately my first score was my highest score no matter how hard I tried on further chances.

Some good things about this Facebook Application are the uploading speed plus the user friendly interface that allows the user manipulate the picture so as to find the perfect position for the picture inside of the frame. Another good thing is that you can upload pictures from your PC and also (good job with this one) from your Facebook photo Albums.

Today's Facebook Review is about the new Application called Been There?, Like it or not. As you can imagine by the name of this Application the main idea of it is to show the world how much do the Facebook users know where all the best places are, Restaurants, Bars, Arts & Entertainment!, and what do they think about them.

Basically once you start running the application you have to select locations you have been to and rate whether you liked the place or not. Once you do this you gain points for the places, categories and number of cities that you rate. The more places you rate the higher your score and the more awards you can collect to move up in the rankings. There is also a tab so as to see how good we are doing on the ratings in relation with the other Facebook users.

The good thing about this Facebook Application is not only the good Mash up job they did with Google Maps as the main tool for the functionality of this Facebook Application but also how easy, user-friendly and fast is everything while using the interface.

One of the greatest things of this application is that you can see which rates your friends gave to the places, so as to also decide how to plan your night, or weekend. One thing that I think they could add to this application is the option to see how many matching rates we have with other users using the application so as to be able to know which people has a similar taste as ours and in that way be able to chose a new place to visit while reviewing this specific user's ratings.

Personally I really liked it so the qualification of this Facebook Review is 4.3 out of 5 they did a really good job and I really hope people will start sharing the places where they have been with the community so as to enrich this social network tool.

Hey my Friends, today's Facebook Review is about the new application called Kidnap!.

This new application is a funny and entertaining game where the goal is to kidnap Facebook friends, from different parts of the globe. Basically you have to travel around the world looking for places where to hide and from there plan your strategy for your next criminal move.

This Facebook application starts when you chose a destiny from where you want to start kidnapping friends, once the place is chosen the application will show a very good scenario picture with a brief description of the selected city. Just for the record I chose my birth city and the description was a %100 accurate so that means that this developers did some real/good research while creating this application.

Once your hideout scenario is set, you start your careers as a kidnappers, first by choosing from an interesting and funny list of techniques such as an 8 ball in a tube sock or a Giant sticky Flypaper.... and then we have to select the victim out of our Facebook friends.

Talking about the feel and look of this app I think it has a very nice and detailed design, everything runs smooth and they did a really good job with the hideout scenarios.

FACEBOOK against Labels

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called American Teen Connections developed by Creative Asylum. This Application comes along with the release of the movie under the same name where the main idea of the script is to encourage connections amongst people based on their personalities and less on perceived labels.

The basic idea of this Facebook Application is that users may think some times that they are a “Geek”, only to find after a personality quiz that they have more in common with “Jocks” than they do with “Geeks”. So basically that would be it.
How do they do it???, well basically this app follows the model of questionnaire where a group of questions has to be answered by the user in order to see which is his results.

Of course to do this Facebook Review I did the quiz and here is the result that I got.

Besides all this well known things I would like to say that the design and usability of the application are very good. I also think the movie follows a good idea that can be of big help to those who have to live under the labels of others... and maybe this Facebook Application will awake some sleeping souls.

Hi my friends, again today as every time I post a Facebook Application Review I thank to you for being there reading This Facebook Blog.

Today's Facebook Review is about the application called Coolest Car Plate. This new application is specially interesting for the ones who are crazy about cars.

Basically this application offers to different things to the Facebook user, the first one is the possibility to customize Car Plates by writing whatever you want on them and send them as gifts to your friends and the other thing that you can do with this application is to browse pictures among a very interesting list of cars and decide which one to buy with the money that you have in the application.

One bad thing is that when you buy a car you receive a message you bought the car, but besides that nothing else happens, so I would suggest maybe adding a tab to this Facebook Application so as to be able to see which cars we own, and maybe see some of the specifications of the model.

Also if we want to make money in order to buy an expensive car we can click on the tab where more money is available, and we will be ask to do something in order to get our US dollars... the problem is that once you made the action requested you have to claim your money... so it's not automatic. Maybe they could replace this by giving us money each time we send a plate to some of our friends so as a way to empower the social network.

So that's pretty much it, my qualification for this Facebook Application is 2.3 out of 5... I think is a great idea but yet has a long way to go in order to provide an interesting/useful application for the Facebook users.

Hi my friends, I know I've been absent some time but now I am back to provide you the Latests Facebook Applications Reviews. So let's get started.
Todays Facebook Review is about the new application called Gadzooku. Gad..... What??, yes... that's exactly what you get when you mix the classical and well known Zudoku you mix it a little bit with colors and cute Pets.

Well basically this Facebook application is a simple Zudoku game with an interesting twist, instead of numbers to be ordered we have some little cute pets which are waiting anxious for their respective place inside the board. There are four different levels easy, medium, hard and Expert. Also we have the option to solve the game automatically just to see how we should have done it.

The design of this Facebook Application is very colorful and fun, and the little pets are very very very cutes. So if you are looking to wash the face of your old Sudoku so as to still play but feeling that something changed for good... this Facebook App is for you.

My qualification for this application is 4 out of 5... I am a big fun of Sudoku and animals and when two passions are melt together the results is just amazing.

Hey my Facebook funs, today's Review is about the Application called cooleCard. This useful user friendly application is, as it's name reveals is an Application to make/design/create Greeting Cards, design inside the universe of Facebook.

Once we install this interesting Application we can either get started with the creation of Cards, or take some time to go through the tutorial that explains every little thing of the Application in detail.

Basically what we can do is create unique Greeting Cards, either by using/modifying a template or from scratch. Also if you are in the mood of sharing your creations with the Facebook community you can design a template and share it with your friends. (some Templates)

What's good in this application is that there are almost no restrictions at the time of making the Greeting card, so if you want to add videos to your design you can do it.... music?? also possible... text... piece of cake. Look my great Greeting Card design!!!

Once the design is done there is one last thing to do with the Greeting card, and I must confess while writing this Facebook Review, that this last step is a very good idea... you have to decide either if the Greeting Card will be Public (it means that everybody will be able to see it), or exclusive only for those whom we really want to be able to see what we have done.

The name of this nice and simple to use Facebook Application is "Send Love" , and as you can imagine the purpose of this app, is to spread love to all your friends... and maybe lovers... Why not??? inside Facebook.

So here goes the explanation for this Facebook blog. Once we install the application we find ourselves facing a big window with lots of love symbols to be send. Once we select one we select to whom this beautiful present should be sent... and that's it. It couldn't be easier. If we wanted to tag this new application it would definitely fit in the group of " Problem Solver Applications" ... and the reason why I say this is because this simply app can be a great solution for one of the biggest problem that we all face, when it comes to Birthdays/anniversaries....

That's right, this interesting Facebook Application is about listing the things that we want to buy or receive as presents so all our Facebook friends can see this, and if they want... chip in...WHAT???, yes that's right, once you listed all the things you would like to have/receive people can go through the list and buy it for us or simply contribute so as to bring that dreamed article closer to our reality.

The use of this application is very simple, once we install it we browse around some articles, and when we find something that we want to add to our desired articles list (My wish - tab) we simply click on the Wanna! button, add a name for the wish..., let's say my Birthday so as to let people know that you want that article as a birthday present, and that's it.

Once the article is listed as one of our wished articles, our Facebook friends are informed that a new article has been added to our wish list, and that's the moment when social networking starts doing it's magic. Because all our friends can chip in to contribute to buy the product.

One great thing about this application is that even though our friends help doesn't reach the %100 of the price of the article we can always add the difference so as to redeem the products. So if you take this into account you can always list expensive products and everybody can chip in as much as they want and leave the rest for you.

Regarding the payments, everything is done through paypal, reliable and fast, and there are no extra costs if the payments are of $10 and above. the only bad thing that I found about this Application is that all the product selection has to be made through the amazon code of products and sometimes this way of browsing is not the most comfortable one(specially while writing this post in this Facebook blog). So hopefully through time this will be modified to a fully visual window of products so as to find something and click it without thinking about codes. But overall and besides this small detail this is a great Application.

My qualification of this Facebook Review, is 4. out of 5, I am planning to make my birthday list of presents through this Application and like this avoid receiving all those presents that sometimes are very expensive but far away from what I really wish to receive.

Todays Facebook Review is about the Application called Outfit Factory which is a fun and interesting application for those who are in love with fashions, and the help seekers that every time they open their closet.... start calling friends or family members to ask for advice to match their cloth.

Basically this Facebook Application is about creating different types of Outifit matchings, yes... you read right, out of a very interesting list of cloth articles you can create different types of matchings so as to test your ability as a fashion designer or clothings guru/assistant :)..

Anyway, the idea is fresh and new out of all the different type of Facebook Applications that were Reviewed on this Blog, and that is for sure a plus.

The quantity of articles from where to make the matches is very wide, and you can browse them either according to color, or brand. Once you make your pick, let's say on the type of shoes you want to use for your matching, you click on the picture so as to make it appear on your personal Mannequin. When we finish selecting all the articles, we can name our grouping, and tag it under some Fashion style.

You can also use this Facebook Application so as to make some matching to our friends, so you can be a sort of adviser. Also there is a ranking with the most voted matchings and their creators.

So this is all for this Facebook Review, my qualification a 3.8 out of 5 I think that all new ideas are always welcome for Facebook users that little by little get tired of getting invitations to install the same type of applications over and over again.

I am just Amazed, today Facebook Review is about the Application called Pokey!. This new Application is maybe one of the best examples of interaction between Facebook Interface and Flash Animations.

Spokey, is Basically one out of the tons of Facebook Applications were you can adopt a virtual Pet. The quality of the graphics and animations are outstanding, something that yet after making already more than 50 Facebook Reviews for this Blog, I ' ve never seen.

Once installed the Application Pokey!, we will see out little and cute dog behaving like a real dog. Sitting, moving his head, and scratching every once and then. We can feed it, throw him the frisbee which he will run to fetch it, and also tell him to bring the bones back to us.

What's really amazing of this application is as I said before the quality of the animation and it's realism. This Application also offers some features to provide social interaction between the Facebook users, such as petting other's people Dogs, and getting extra bones for our beauty when we invite some of our friends to install the applications.

Some good things about this Facebook Application, rarely seen are the ones listed before installing it, things such as not forced friends invitation, no advertising neither spaming for those who fall in love with their cute pets.

My qualification is a 4 out of 5, this Application is one of a kind, and I really hope as the writer of all this Facebook Reviews to find more applications with such a high towards graphics and animations.

I know what you are thinking right now!!, a Facebook Review of a new Application called Draw a pig, and my answer will be why not??, after all in this Facebook Blog we had made Reviews of all types of applications and this one might have some entertaining twists.

So here we go with the Facebook Review of this Application called Draw a Pig.

When we open this application we find ourselves facing a drawing box where we have to proove ourselves how good we are on drawing. Once our little pig, or thing in my case is drawn, the application will scan the piece of art and will make us some questions regarding the way we decided to paint the pig.

After this short questionaire, a whole profile of the pig will be shown, relating those things to the creator of the pig and his personality. So this is the whole application, nothing more and nothing less. In my case the personality description matched incredibly well with my personality and that's the reason why I decided to make this Facebook Application Review.

My qualification is a 3 out of 5, my pig looks really bad, but who cares, it mathces my personality!!! : -)

Hi there, today's Facebook Review is about the application named PopTrash. Few words for an application that doesn't have too much to offer to the demanding Facebook Users. Basically PopTrash is about giving your opinion about a certain statement related with something that happened to a Celebrity.

Once the statement plus picture are shown we have to either agree or disagree by voting with a scale from 1 to 5. Not much than that. While I was doing this Facebook Application Review I was listening to the new Jack Jonhson album so I think that was the only reason why I got to finish this Review.

I did not like this Application, my qualification is a 1 out of 5.

Backpackers can make a stop in Facebook

Walla, now we are talking again, I was making some research to find some new and interesting Applications to make this Facebook Review until I found this useful Facebook application called Backpacker.

Why am I so excited, because for the first time I got together two big passions that I got, Facebook of course that's why I write and update this Facebook Blog, and on the other side Backpacking, which has been always something that I love and enjoy a lot.

So let's get this Facebook Review done, this application is called Backpacker and obviously is target is the backpacker's world and to be more specific this application is a Hostels guide.
What we find when we install this app is a long lins with countries from all over the world. Once we click in one of the countries we face another list with the main cities of the selected country, and there we reach the heart of this Application. A wide and detail list of hostels that you can find in that city that you want to visit.

Now as a backpacker, this application is of amazing help, because we can find a place where to stay easily and fast, without the need to exit Facebook.

They are also offering a booking service through the application that yet is not fully functional but I guess than by the time they finish this, all those cautious Backpackers that do not want to visit a new place without previous booking of the place, will have here an amazing solution for that.

Also you can add from Facebook to the application your friends whom you have traveled with and the ones you would like to join in their next adventure.

The qualification of this Facebook review, is 4 out of 5, I see lot's of potential. I hope they finish this soon.

Gossips Everywhere, even in Facebook Now

Today's Facebook Review is about the recently launched Facebook app developed by the well known channel E!, where all the stars, gossips and others always show up.

Basically this application works as a news feed, with the title and a short description of the new/Gossip plus picture, and when we click on it we are taken OUTSIDE Facebook straight to their website.
The news can be shared with our Facebook Friends, and we can write a comment while sending the link.... besides that there's nothing else interesting to offer in this application. Hopefully with time they'll add some more interesting things for the Facebook world but meanwhile... nothing new under the sun.

My qualification is a 1 out of 5, nothing new, besides the fact that I do not want to be taken out of Facebook without my concern.

Today's Facebook Review is about the new interesting and out of the book Application called Wiz My Screen. This application as far as I've been writing Reviews in this Facebook Blog opens a new world that before I never met in this social network world of applications that are developed every day. I say this because in other Facebook Reviews I talked about applications, to play, to share music or talk with friends that are on the other side of the globe. But this Application Called Wiz my Screen, goes a little bit further.... and to be honest I was very impress while using it.

Basically this Facebook App, offers remote acces to your friends computer from your computer....Yes exactly I asked myself the same question when I was about to make this Facebook Review... How, when, what!!!!.

Anyway it's just as simply as it sounds, you install the application, and you can easily do the following things:

Show what you are doing right now, that just means that you can take a Screenshot and uploaded to your profile, by doing this you are showing to all your Facebook Friends exactly what you are doing.
Take control of a remote computer, that's the highlight of this Application, with a small window that will be open in your Screen you will have total control of your Friends computer. With this feature you can even fix your friends Computer. I might use this to solve my mother problems with her computer.... so instead of spending hours over the phone trying to understand what's going on in the other side of the world, now i just can fix whatever happens from my laptop 1000 of Km away from home.

These are the basics of the application, here I found a link with a demo of how this works, so check it up later if you are still interested.

So this is pretty much, it's a useful Facebook application, all the features of remote access are ran under Java so you might have to accept some permits only the first time you want to run the application. The developers clearly expressed that is a safe application and no risks of intruders accessing to your computer will be ran...

My qualification is a 4.3 out of 5, in my opinion a very useful application, and also a very smart way to provide Facebook users another type of interaction with their social network friends.

Facebook Application Review of Candy Arcade

Facebook never tasted so Sweet.

Now's Facebook Review is about the new and just released Facebook Application called Candy Arcade. As the name of this app easily defines when we install this fun application we will find ourselves facing three different games to kill some time in the office while numbers and reports are burning our brain and we seek for an exit in Facebook, and looking pictures and sending messages to our Friends it's not relieving anymore.

While I was making this Facebook review for this Blog, I found myself surfing into this three fun ant entertaining games, that do not need long and complicated explanations, but only intuition and some arcades culture to get started fast.

This are the four options available so far in this Application.

Seek And Find, this game is simple and fun, you simply have to find what they tell you to find in the less time possible. Nice graphics.
Suggar Blitz, this one is about getting as many candy's as possible while the mean rockets are falling down from the sky to destroy us.
Pinata Bash, this is by far my favorite, and basically is about creating a Mexican Pinata to smash right after that, but the graphics, and action are awesome and they make something as simply as smashing a pinata a fun and relaxing game.
The candy Factory, this one yet is just being advertised but you can not play this game that apparently seems to be very addictive. After making some research online I found that “Candace Kane’s Candy Factory” was just nominated for the best Casual Game by the Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Art, so maybe we should wait for this option to be available for the Facebook Users.

So by the time that I was making this Facebook Review this were the three available options that really helped me to kill some time in my office. The quality of the graphics and the design of the characters are a good proof that this application was developed in detail by a very professional team of developers.....

So in conclusion my Qualification for this Facebook Application Reviewed called Candy Arcade is 4 out of 5, my suggestion play for a while, kill some time and have fun.

Facebook Application Review of Kaloopy Says

Today’s Facebook Review is about this new interesting Facebook App called Kaloopy Says. This application explores the social network potential from the strength of gossips and opinion of the masses.

This new application is about commenting and putting the Facebook user’s voice into the air to make it sound loud and clear. So here goes the overview for this Facebook Review.

When we install the Application Kaloopy Says, we will see in front of us a very good quality pictures gallery with all the celebrities that we love…. and also the ones that we wait every morning to go down and maybe crush against the floor. Once the pictures of this application are loaded, we can click on them to take a deeper look and there is when the magic from the hand of Kaloopy starts.

Once the picture is full size we can find right in the bottom of it a short review of the person, some funny and up to date gossips and stories, and others extras about the celebrity we just clicked on. After the interesting info we can fill the Kaloopy text box where we can say whatever we think about this personality such as Kaloopy Says Jessica Alba is…looking very pregnant, and then we just have to click post the sentence. Another thing that we can do if we do not feel creative enough to make an interesting/funny comment about the picture selected we can vote for other’s peoples comments, or fill the Kaloopy text box and then Vote your sentence, and then Vote others peoples sentences as well. The voting goes with the passionate Hell Yes expression or Hell No, that in my opinion fits perfectly with the atmosphere of this Facebook App.

While I was making this Facebook Application Review I stopped for a while to see the huge photo archive of this app. There are some great shots of my favorite’s celebrities and also there usually more than one per person so every new picture can inspire to post a new and different sentence.

One good thing of this application is that the developers of it upload on a daily basis photos that follow current news, gossip and stories about celebrities, so we can never be out of date if we are just killing some time with this Application. Not even when you are trying to make a post in this Facebook Blog.

One more thing, all the comments while they are voted go to the top comments Rank, where the most popular/funny/smart comments will be shown, only if the audience wants them to be scoring hi with the Hell Yes. So the more friends you bring to Kaloopy the better ranks you can get for your posts.

So in conclusion my qualification is a 3.8 out of 5 it’s a fun, and well developed application to spend some time in Facebook reading what’s going on around our favourites celebrities, so now that you just finished reading this Facebook Review, if you feel like there’s something you want to say about Michael Jackson for example…. Today's Facebook Review is about the new Application called TalkShoe. What is TalkShoe ?? ...you may ask, to what I would reply.... this Application is all you need to communicate in Facebook with all your Friends either through VoIP as well as through your phone or chat. Even more, with this Facebook Application you can create your own podcast and save it to send to your mother, friends, girlfriends, etc..... so let's get it on with This Facebook Application Review, because that's the reason you are reading this Facebook Blog.!!!

When you install this application, you go to the main window with two main options and some tabs on top. This two options are, for you to create your own Comunity Call which will be defined and set up very similar as any Facebook Group. And the second option is about joining an already created community Call.
When we click on the "Join a Community Call", we will go to the heart of this Facebook Application where there is a very wide variety of "channels" or groups to join. Next to each of this groups there is a short description of which are the topics discussed there, with different options in this nice designed Application such as Travelers Diaries, Hi Tech news, and a long list of new programs to come.

Basically each program on this Facebook Application works as an interactive radio show, where you can behave like audience, or chat with the people that are on air, and if you feel like joining the conversation you can also rise your voice in the air... and all this using only this Facebook App, no need for extras or plug ins or others strange things.

When I was writing this Facebook Review I joined the Hi Tech news and when all my buffering was done, great quality of sound came from the speakers of my laptop, and the voice on the other side Said Hi to me... and I felt like I could definitely spend some time talking with that friendly person.... but I must apologize in this Facebook Blog, for hanging up the call to be able to finish this Application's Review.

So back in track, the interesting of this application is by far the unlimited options for interaction with other Facebook users, not to mention how easy and fast I was already enjoying the full strength of the App.

Personally I really liked this Facebook app it because I think it offers different options to different type of users,... because if you are shy maybe you can only listen and participate through the chat window, and if you enjoy being the main star of the show you can even open your own channel, schedule a time with your audience or just with the calendar, and get online sharing your opinions and points of views with the Facebook users.

The qualification for this Facebook Review, is 4.3 out of 5. I really liked it, and now I am just hoping to see more channels opening there to share some time with interesting people all around the world... or bring my friends back from home closer to me by setting up a community call just for us...

Today's Facebook Application Review on this Blog is about the new and just released Facebook Application You are A Comic developed by Philip Stehlik and Matthias Wiedemann.

This interesting Facebook Application is described by it's authors as following...

"With YAAC you are able to create comics out of our provided backgrounds, items and characters. You can also use your and your friend's photos and create comic strips out of them. Then tag your friends and share the creativity!"

Basically this Facebook Application provides all the necessary tools to create a comic, to share with your Facebook friends either by saving the final product in your photo albums, or publishing it in your profile.

This interesting Application works really smooth and while I was doing this Facebook Review to later post in this Blog I couldn't help myself to start creating a comic, and I must say that everything I needed was right there, and in less than 5 minutes I had this!!!.

This Facebook app provides to users, everything they need, different types of characters, backgrounds, different types of dialog boxes!!!! very very complete...plus the oportunity to either upload your own backgrounds or others Facebook friends pictures as backgrounds...

So in conclusion to finish this Facebook Review, this is a sweet application, with lot's of potential. My qualification for this Facebook Blog is 4 out of 5, enjoy it!.

Facebook Application Review of My Food Mix by Matthew Chiu

Hey there, today's Facebook Review is about the new application called My Food Mix. This new Application it's really interesting and useful for everybody specially for those like me that really fancy eating!!

Basically this Facebook Application has to different thing to offer to Facebook users, as are about to be explained in this Review.

The first thing is that every Facebook user can upload pictures of food and build a library of pictures with names and tags related with the pictures. This feature is interesting for those who really now how to pull it out and can really show off with their delicious dishes impressing the ladies. In my case, as I am a really bad cook, I prefer to upload pictures of dishes I had once Backpacking around the world.(see the pic I uploaded)

The second feature of this facebook application (and most important) that really uses the strength of social networking is the possibility to upload restaurants info that we fancy to visit. This option it's an amazing idea because while the application grows on users, and they start uploading restaurants according to the places where everybody lives, a huge database of restaurants starts being built for the benefit of all the Facebook users...

This option really solves the boredom of always visiting the same places and it's also a really good source of information because the reviews and descriptions of the restaurants are made by your Facebook Friends which are the most reliable source of information that you can find.

To upload a restaurant to the database you just have to fill a really simple form, picture above, where all the important things to write are listed, it does not take more than 30 seconds to do it, and after that all your friends can check all your picks.

So in conclusion I really liked this Facebook Application, and when I think how attractive it will be in some time when lot's and lot's of users will start uploading info I ask to myself if I ll have enough time to visit so many places... My qualification is 4 out of 5, now it's a matter of waiting till people start using it, for the benefit of all. Enjoy your meal, Bon a Petit!!

Facebook Application Review of Pink Ribbon

Are you concerned???, in FACEBOOK everyone is tested

DISCLAIMER: After I made this Facebook Review I realized that there are 2 Applications in Facebook under this name, one developed by Freecause.com and the other one by PINK RIBBON. The review made here is about the second one, that apparently is a copy of the first one, but that I knew after I made the review.

The Facebook Review of today is about the Facebook Application called Pink Ribbon RIBBON(the one that represents the battle against breast Cancer). When I installed this application I found myself in front of something that seemed to be interesting and useful and I said to myself smiling alone in front of my Facebook blog window... Wow some differences can be made after all even in this social networking universe!!!.

So I followed the steps after reading the statement on their main window while you are installing the application that says:

"1 in 8 women will get breast cancer. Most people still don't know. You can help. Together, we can make a difference."

And I was happy and motivated to send the invitation of this application to all my Facebook Friends thinking that we could do something. But then... I found myself in a big window where all the top was crowded with advertising to install other applications (with no relation at all with Breast Cancer) and at the end almost without being presented as the main task of the application, there is a text box where you can write whatever you want below your pink ribbon that will show up in my profile....

Now I wonder to myself, and maybe somebody can give me a certain answer... How am I helping by using this application.... if

The application is not EVEN explaining to me how to prevent or detect Breast Cancer before it's to late.
Is not providing me any kind of information related with Breast Cancer.
Is not making found raising to give money to some hospitals, researchers, etc

I felt to be honest betrayed with this Application that asked for my collaboration and concern, and showed no concern at all about the topic in discussion. This Facebook Application let me down, as well as many of the other Facebook users that installed it and made Reviews on their main page.

The qualification of this Facebook Review is 1 out of 5. Facebook users shouldn't expose to this type of applications.

YES YES YES!!! Now it's the turn of the Facebook Review of this really helpful application called Would you like to sleep with me??, developed to help all the Facebook users tired of poking and being poked back and still sleeping alone!!!.

So if you are the type of person that likes to go straight to the point this Facebook Application is for you. Basically once we install this app, and we pass through the annoying "invite ten for this, or 20 to get better things" and so on, we get to a simply and functional window where all the info required to find people whom to sleep with is presented. Also in this Facebook Application we can present our profile and picture to help sleeping partners seekers to find us.

The interesting part of this application is that whenever you start browsing people, according to the criteria selected such as my Facebook Friends, country or city, we can say

Yes anonymously,
Yes and let them now (why not!? it's through Facebook)
No. If you say No they will never know that you where around their profile so it's a win win situation.

Whenever you say yes to a person automatically is added to your "My Likes"tab, and a message will be send to that person that can agree or not. If the person finally likes you as well will pass to your matches tabs (and then it's up to you!!!- it's a Facebook Application, not a miracles maker).
You can also poke or even send a message to the liked person!!!.

So that's pretty much it, it's a fun Application plus something extra that could help you to find a good partner for this coming weekend, at least that's my wish through this Facebook Review. My qualification is a 3.9 out 5 straight to the point....

The Facebook application to be reviewed now is Called OnTime Techno-News, and basically as everybody can imagine out of it's name, it's an application related with news about technology.

When we install this app, we have the option to invite our friends, and once we do that or skip it we find ourselves with the only window of this Facebook Application where 6 headlines are displayed with a brief summary of the article and the option to read them. Once we click, on the read tab this Facebook Application will open a new window displaying all the article.

There's an interesting feature to share news with friends sending, but besides that nothing new is offer in this Facebook Application. Also all the news that are display come from yahoo news, and there is no option to add either topics of interest or sources of information... that's why this application has nothing to do compared with others of the same time already reviewed on this Facebook Blog.

My qualification is a 1.5 out of 5, nothing new discovered in this Facebook Review. Maybe some additions can be made to this Application to make it more interesting.

Time to make your FACEBOOK REVIEW, not now!! I am playing SUDOKU

The Facebook Review of today is about the Application called Sudoku!, yeha that's right to all the big funs of this mind challenging game now the blessed killing time Application launched on Facebook.
When we install the application we find ourselves with the possibility to invite some of our Facebook friends to install the application so as to be able to challenge them, plus some upwards tabs, where all the fun begins.

When we hit on play a Sudoku table will appear on the application, and everything happens really fast and smooth. The rules are the same as in the traditional game plus two interesting things that could never be provided by the original paper Sudoku which are:

Time clock, that drive me crazy while I was making this Facebook Review because in between lines my clock was ticking.
Hint button which basically will help us when we are in trouble. This feature in my opinion provides two useful things to the Facebook user that installs this Application.

If you want to learn how to play Sudoku, a hint feature is always the best teacher, (at least for the writer of this Facebook Blog)
Before I used to leave some Sudokus unfinished because I couldn't find how to solve it, now!!! (that will never happen again-thanks Facebook Developers!!

Now, it's important to mention in this Facebook Review that whenever somebody either uses the hint button (asking for help!!!!), or makes a mistakes a penalty in the time score will be applied.

Another interesting feature of this Facebook Application is that you can challenge your friends, and this is the moment when this Facebook blogger talks about the need to have more applications as this one where interaction makes use of social networks..

Let's Watch the Game!! ----But you Don't have TV!--- I Know but I have FACEBOOK

Now is the time to Review the Facebook Application called TV channels. This interesting application enables Facebook users to watch live and free Tv and webtv stations available across the internet while they are surfing around Facebook.

Basically once we install this really nice Application we find ourselves in an empty window to be filled with the list of channels that we will be adding to the application. So we can start by browsing which are the channels available to watch. We will find really interesting options such as MTV, Fashion TV, NBC, etc. So once we found through the browsing tab inside this Facebook Application, we can either add the channel to have it in our control panel, or just watch it to see what's going on!!.

There will be also another amazing feature that will allow Facebook Users to add their own TV channels so as to bring all the shows inside the application. They are expecting to get this option a 100% functional soon, so we will have to wait to see how it goes.

Another interesting feature of this application is that you can see, only if your friends allow it, which of them are watching the same channel as you are. Plus a nice twist to incorporate the social networking interaction inside this Facebook Application by creating some kind of theater where you can sit while you watch your favorite show and make comments online to your Facebook friends that are also watching the same show.

When I was making this Facebook Review, I broadcast some channels that look really good, so I had a good time watching some videoclips on MTV. The important thing is that the speed of your connection will determine a 100% whether this application will be amazing for you or just annoying for the buffering pauses, but anyway the developers of this Application, expressed that they are working towards improving it to better enhance the experience of all the Facebook Users.

Today in this Facebook Blog Ill make the Review of the Application called Predictions. This new and just released Facebook Application offers to users an interesting framework where predictions of whatever topic you could imagine can be made. Basically when we install this Facebook Application, we find ourselves surrounded by lots and lots of different predictions such as "Osama Bin Laden will be found in south Pakistan.... or Oil prices will surpass $100", all kinds of different predictions.

The quest to know what tomorrow holds is as old as mankind itself.

Everyone wants to know what the future looks like.

And maybe, between us all, we actually have the answer...

So let's move on with the Review, when we open this Facebook application we find a long list of Predictions made by the users that installed the app. Next to each prediction there is an Influence number that ranks how many people interacted around the Prediction made in the application so as to help users to understand how much controversy or followers the prediction made. Once we click on one of the predictions posted on this Facebook Application a list of options show up to let us agree, disagree the prediction and Challenge. Whenever you challenge a prediction you get the chance to make some sort of discharge against the prediction made.

You can also create your own prediction, and create a watch prediction list of all the things you read and you want to keep track of.

So this is basically the whole review of this Facebook Application called Predictions, my qualification for this app is 2.6 out of 5, it works fine but nothing new or fresh to the users.

Now it's the turn to Review the just released Facebook application Textjingle. This app is simple and in my opinion has lots of potential because it provides something useful to Facebook users.

This Application Textjingle works as a reminder for users by sending a text message to the phone number that you want, scheduled by time and hour. Personally I think that we do not have very often in this Facebook Blog the opportunity to find simple, useful and fast Applications to be reviewed, that could potentially provide something useful to users outside Facebook. And this feature is the one that allows Facebook users to expand the social network concept outside the web to their physical world.

The qualification of this Facebook Review is 3.8 out of 5, It's interesting, easy to use and useful. .

Today's Facebook Review is about the application just released called Genius. This application on the contrary with the last Facebook reviews made on this Blog has none extra value to facebook users. Not only because the use of social networking is not developed, but also because it has nothing interesting to offer.

Once you install the application, the first thing we are asked to do is to invite our facebook friends (that is our part of the deal), and what we get out of it????, just a basic maybe too basic Facebook application where a nice picture of Albert Einstein shows up, and the possibility to send it to one of you facebook friends saying genius....really really poor.

Besides all this, while I was investigating this Application to make this Facebook Review I found myself inside an app that by all means everytime I click a tab wanted me to install new applications, of the same type.

I hope that in the future, developers will keep in mind that Facebook users are looking for applications that add extra value to their social networking experience, and are getting tired of this kind of applications with nothing new to offer to Facebook users.

My qualification for this facebook review is 1 out of 5, I hope that in this Facebook blog you find better applications to install.

Todays Facebook Review is about the application called siCom-MyMarkets that is something totally different from all the other apps that have been reviewed on this Facebook Blog before. This interesting application, tries to go beyond the basic standards of Facebook applications, of filling a quiz or just picking some random person out of your Facebook friends to rank them according to beauty, giving to the users all the benefits of the Social network platform.

This Facebook app, called siCom-MyMarkets is a total developed and really well thought ecommerce platform, where the Facebook users can post, sell, renegotiate prices, buy,
auction, bid or bargain on whatever they want to buy or get rid off.

Basically once we get the application installed we have access to a friendly user menu where all the features of this application are displayed as follows.

Markets, where we get to choose if we want to restrict our search only to Facebook, or we also want to include other sources of information
Messages, this Facebook application also works as a message box where all the communication involved in our transactions stay inside the application, which something really good because other applications really enjoy filling our Facebook or Email inbox with lots of messages.
News Board, where all the news from users, or from the developers of the applications will be posted.
My business, this tab is by far the mos important of the whole menu of this Facebook Applications, because in here we have record of all the things we've been doing, like our bids, offer, sales, etc.
At the bottom of the menu we have a search box, where we can type our searches. I tried it several times and it's response was really good with accurate results provided.

A really interesting feature about this Facebook Application called siCom-MyMarkets, is that all the payment gateway and shipping support are integrated into the application so you can find your deal, close it, pay it and get it shipped to your house without the need of exiting the application, providing a full service to the Facebook user.
Another thing that I really liked about this Application was the option to Bargain in products, something that we don't get to see very often in auction platforms, so pretty much if you find something you are interested in but you don't think that the price listed really represents how much would you pay for the product, you still have the chance to bargain and get a better a deal.

One thing that I think is missing and hopefully the developers will add in the future, is the possibility to recommend a new category tab, into the different groups of products listed.

So that's basically all there is for this Facebook Application Review that I really liked but as all the ecommerce platform that exist on the internet, it's success will only rely on how many users effectively install the application and use it. The platform works very smooth and fine, now is the time for the users to decide where they want to run their businesses.

Hey there we are back again in this Facebook Blog to make a new Application Review. Today is the turn of the Facebook Application called Controversy. This application is a simple to use app with just one goal, that is to generate as much Controversy as posible inside Facebook, in between your friends invited to use the Controversy Application and also in between all the people that installed the app.

So this Application works like this, either you join a SPLIT created by someone, by split we mean a controversial statement, or we create our own SPLIT to create the first wave... and then walla if we made a good one we will start seeing how the two sides start to fight for votes.

There is something really interesting on this Facebook application that follows the promotional line below the big Controversy name, that says "Do you know your friends ? Really ?, and basically is the fact that beside your statistics, votes, Splits or whatever you would like to check in relation with your behavior inside this Application, you can also check your friends Votes so as to see what do they really think about the topics that most concern you.

You can also win points every time you vote as well as when people vote in one of your SPLITS. Another interesting thing is that you can check Splits or Controversies according to topics, by writing a keyword in a search box.

So that's pretty much it, let's get it on, the more friends you invite the funnier and more interesting this application gets, because you can really cause some controversy around all those issues that always fly around the groups of friends in facebook that you can always invite .... so my qualification is 4 our of 5, because this application brings something fresh to the same old stuff we see everyday, plus the chance to really interact with the people we invite, like our Facebook friends for example, taking the best of the social network structure.

Hey there my friends, today's review is about the Facebook Application named Classy Gifts that will help lot's of the readers of this Facebook blog during this days that are coming soon. Yes, I've been there as well, where Valentine's Day is about to come and you know (because we know, the problem is that we always forget about it), that you MUST care about it, and you can not let it pass through. So for you my Facebook blog reader, the review of this application is here to tell you that there might be a solution to your problem, and of course also for our female audience(but probably they will not seek for solutions in Facebook)....

This Facebook application called Classy gifts is the type of application that obviously (by just reading it's name), is about gifts to send to your friends throughout Facebook.
So getting into this type of applications, this one by far is the best (I've reviewed yet) in terms of gifts available to send, plus something that before I installed this application I never saw in other applications like this which is the option of selecting the wrapping paper while sending the gift.

This Facebook application is simply, that's good because when it gets to this type of applications
you want to get it done easily and fast!!!, so basically you open the app, you select a gift then the wrapper for the gift and finally to whom you want to send this precious gift.

Comment: The resolution of the gifts is really good, plus the option of selecting gifts by topic(like all the other gift's application)- NOW you have the Valentine's Day Topic!! - Thank you for the life saver!!. There are also some tabs of this application to check sent gifts to our friends in Facebook plus the ones they sent to us....

So this is it, my qualification of this Facebook Review that (comparing with similar applications obviously, I think this one is by far one of the bests) is a 3.7 out of 5. So for Valentine's Day, send a beautiful gift to your beloved, or friend with this new Facebook application Classy Gifts, it's free and it only takes 2 minutes!!!

Geeks, freeks, preps, and jocks. If you have been to high school you are certainly familiar with these different kind of cliques and may have even been a part of one. If you could go back to high school which one would you be?

As a Facebook application version of the bestselling mobile game, Surviving High School allows you to relive high school your way and control your own fate in doing so.

Not sure which clique you want to be a part of? No problem. When you install this Facebook application you are given a short 10 question survey which tells you which clique you naturally fit into. The survey is a pretty good reflection of real life. I know this because I was inducted into the nerd group. Not happy being a nerd? No problem. After the short survey you are given an option to pick a different crew if you're not satisfied with the one you were given.

So what's next? After you are assigned your crew you must climb the ladder of popularity in order to move up levels in hopes of achieving the ultimate goal of Homecoming Royalty. Earning a certain amount of points will escalate you further and further up the ladder. You can
earn points and become popular simply by sending out invitations to friends. If the friend decides to use the application you gain you get points. Should they decide to join the same crew as you, then you earn even more points. Once in a crew you can obtain even more points by
sending and receiving shout outs which are similar to pokes on Facebook.

This application is a fun way to remember high school and compare your self to friends who share the application. Unfortunately there isn't much more that you can do with this application. The application would benefit from other options that you could do aside from inviting friends and giving shoutouts. For this reason, I must give my qualification of 3.2 out of 5.

If you have ever played the popular board game "Scrabble" then there is a pretty good chance you are familiar with todays Facebook application entitled "Scrabulous". With more than 500 000 daily users as of this review, Scrabulous application has the most active users of any game that can be played over Facebook and even has its own Wikipedia page. Can 500 000 daily players be wrong?

Scrabulous is well, essentially scrabble - but with a couple of nice perks. Once you install this Facebook application, you can challenge 1-3 other friends to games of Scrabulous. Users have the option of playing regular games or challenge games where opponents can challenge the word their opponent has made. Numerous games can be played at once, which has the potential to make this nifty little Facebook application quite addictive and fun.

The actual board game loads nice and has several nice options. It tells you how many of each letter tile there are in total, how many tiles are left in the game, and even comes with a 2 letter word list! When you place your tiles on the board you even are allowed to see how
many points each play is worth allowing you to pick the play that ensures maximum points.

When a game comes to an end, the application will keep track of stats including your rating and your win loss record which has allowed me to show off my perfect 8-0 winning record to any of my friends who have doubted my linguistic skills. In addition, Scrabulous even keeps track
of the best plays you make using all 7 of your letters (called bingos). How about imposing for 89 points? Not bad eh?

If all this weren't enough, the introduction page of this Facebook Application welcomes you in a different language every time you log in. Thanks to Scrabulous I have learned to say hello in at least a dozen new languages. Svayks (Latvian)! Thanks to random trivia tidbits, I have
also learned interesting facts such the highest opening play in Scrabulous is MUZJIKS for 128 points.

Overall this Facebook application is an all out knockout and a must for any Scrabble enthusiast. Even if your not a die hard Scrabble player, this application has turned users onto the game and prompted them to buy the Scrabble home edition. For all these reasons, this
Facebook application has earned the all time best qualification as a 5 out of 5!!!
As a big fan of the application, I can only hope that the makers of Scrabulous come to terms with the creators of Scrabble so that everyone can be winner.

Hey there, the Facebook application that I will review on this blog's post is Seen This? developed by Loomia..

This interesting application that you can find on the business section as well as in the "just for fun" is basically an application where lot's of websites news and info converge into one unique destination.
Yes that's right, pretty much like an RSS feed with some sources of informations giving you the headlights of each new, plus some other tools specially designed to make use of the social networking platform (Facebook - of course), where this application stands on.

The good thing about this Facebook application is that wherever your friends install this application or not you can share with them news, with a simply click on the share tab, where small window pops up and you can even add a comment to the link you are sending. I like this option that this Seen This? Application offers because you can share something with your friends without forcing them to install the application, which is really good in this days when almost every new facebook app developed forces you to install a bunch of stuff before you can even get started to enjoy it.

After using this Facebook Application for a while I found some flaws such as

When you click on a link of the application, your facebook page will be replaced by the new to be open, instead of opening the link in a new tab or window. That was really annoying!!!
When you go the sources tab you find yourself limited only to the options provided not even with the possibility to suggest another sources (if adding is too much to ask!!)

On the other side there are some interesting features such as being able to see how many people read the article maybe to decide when you are in a rush if it's worthy or not spend your last five minutes on that new!!.

Finally comes the qulification which obviously could be much better if some of the cons detailed before where corrected, but meanwhile I will give a 2.3 out of 5, maybe in the close future we will review this application to see if some improvements where made.

Swap your pieces in FACEBOOK before the time out!!!

Hey my friends, todays Facebook application review is about this fun application called SWAP IT. This application is a fun game that will give you hours of entertainment if you are down with this type of mind challenging games.

The application starts as pretty much all the facebook applications reviewed in this Blog, with your friend's invitation to install the app. After that, we get to the main page of the application where a board of 8 columns and 8 rows will be loaded with lot's of different pictures related with one specific theme. One's the whole board is loaded, time starts to go.

The rules of this application as explained on it are as followed:

"Swap adjacent images to make sets of 3 or more. Align more images to score higher.
Want a fast game? - Use our hint option - BUT your scores also take a dive"

Now, what we have to do is with all our pieces and our time running (by the way nice clock timer!!!), is to start swapping pieces to group them in groups of three or more. Once this is achieved the grouped pieces disappeared giving us some points, and gravity comes to play... Jaja I mean all the pieces that where over the grouped pieces, will occupied the space of those gone to let new pieces come to play.

There are different themes in this facebook application, such as alphabets, animals, cars, Christmas, soft drinks etc. Plus a light bulb that will give you a hint when you click on it (sometimes you really need this application to help you)

What's also interesting about his facebook application is that when you score some points, all the scene might change radically and the game "takes a different color"-I mean the pieces to challenge you even more in your next swap!!

So this is pretty much all there is to say about his application that I really liked it, so I totally recommend it and my qualification is a 4.3 out of 5, because it gave me a hard time while writing this Review becuse I spend most of my time playing instead of writing!!

So get it done, whether You are the one to reply for the request you received, or just by taking part of the whole game by bouncing the request!!

Hey there, this week starts and new Facebook applications show up in this blog to be reviewed. Today's application is called Biotrend, so first what's first, defining what a Trend is and then understanding what is a Biotrend!!!.

"A trend is nothing but the general direction of the price of an asset or market in general."

So now moving straight to our Facebook application Biotrend.

This facebook application bases it’s function on the theory of biorhythms that basically claims that everybody’s life is affected by rhythmic biological cycles, and some predictions can be made based on this. Here is a little explanation of what we are talking about !!!

There are according to the theory used in this application three cyclic rhythms that are said to govern human behavior inherent rhythms

Emotional rhythm

Physical rhythm

Intellectual rhythm

Each of these rhythms goes through three different phases; high, low and critical. And they begin at the moment of birth, go through different periods, and continue to influence us throughout our whole life. Each of the biorhythms reflect certain capabilities/potential of the person.So to the Biotrend application!

When we open this Facebook application, first we appreciatte not being forced to invite all our friends or at leat 20 of them to get better vibes!!!, and then we find ourselves with a really user friendly screen.

First going through the set up of this facebook application where we simply have to write our date of birth and fill some checkbox just to tell which results do we want this facebook application to show us. After this, this app, works very smooth.

After you set up your date of birth, lot's of graphics (by the way really nice ones) telling us all our rhythms cycles each day plus some highlights, and bad days we will have to face during this year will be displayed in our "My Biotrend" tab.

Plus this interesting results and predictions, we have some other nice sticky options in this application, such as our Chinesse Zodiac, which by the way I never knew which one I was and now Thank's to the Biotrends Facebook application I know I am a Rooster and because I do not know if that's good or bad I am gonna spend some time reading the description of my Chinese Zodiac provided in this Facebook application.

Plus the option!!, yes Option you read to send this nice application to our friends and check our Zodiac compatibility.

So in general I really liked this application, it works fine it's really friendly and has lots of interesting info for those that really enjoy this kind of applications!!!. My qualification is 4 out of 5, My recommendation is that If you are interested in this topic, no doubt about this Facebook Application called Biotrend is a Must.

FACEBOOK APPLICATION to raise your voice in Politics....but in Canada!!

Today on this facebook blog, we will review a new facebook application called "Politics in Canada. And because of the topic, and because I AM NOT FROM CANADA, I asked my good friend Dan from Toronto to do this review for me.

Good luck my friend, Now it's your time to shine!!!

The application called Politics in Canada was developed by Shawn Peterson Consulting, that is company focused on developing web-based applications for the political sector.

Writing as a young Canadian(YEs!! that's Dan my good friend), I could engage in intelligent discussion about hockey for hours but when it comes to politics I must confess that my knowledge is somewhat scarce.

This interesting facebook application is intended to raise awareness among people in hopes that they will get more involved in the political process, especially the young public that spends so many hours on Facebook.

So once you install this facebook app, you can choose which political party you support as well as invite your friends to do the same as a way to raise your voice and involvement. So now maybe after reading a little bit more and getting more in touch with the actual reality of the politics in Canada, you have a new topic to engage in some intelligent conversation with that cute someone you've been checking in on, OBVIOUSLY IF YOU ARE IN CANADA - otherwise do not bring up that topic!!! LOL.

So getting back to the application, curious about which party has the most support in the Yukon or Saskatchewan? Not to worry. This facebook application allows you to see trends in support for all provinces or if you want the country as a whole.

This nifty application is quick and easy to use. It has a nice interface with guiding tabs that allows the user to easily perform all the desired actions. Unfortunately, descriptions of parties, and their policies are net yet available. These would be very helpful in helping rookie users decide which party they should consider supporting. The party tab does have links to their website and wikipedia entry and in some cases facebook-group page which is somewhat helpful.

A message board would be a good addition to the facebook application so that members could discuss and obtain even more information with regards to what is going on with politics and specific parties. Lastly it would be nice to know something about the politicians that make up the parties both regionally and nationally. As the application grows, and gathers more members, it has potential to seriously influence the way todays youth vote, and thus the outcome of future elections.

The application is an excellent idea and at the same time has a lot of room to grow and improve.

My current grade would have to be a 3.0 out of 5. A great idea for the true north strong and free that should be expanded as it grows larger and larger.

PS: This is me Daniel (not Canadian). Can somebody tell me why you did not mention at all that there is a party fighting to legalize pot!!! What's wrong with the Canadians!!!!

With Facebook you can talk with everybody at the same time!!!

Today's Facebook Review is about a total different type of application that the ones we've been doing in the lasts posts of this blog. The application to be reviewed is called Group Talk and it was developed by Rebtel one of the biggest VoiceIp providers in the Internet.

Basically this new Facebook application lets users set up a free conference calls than can include all type of users included Facebook and non- Facebook in 40 countries all around the world

Once we have installed the application the first thing we have to do is to write down our phone number so as to set up our account, and from there on this simple application works pretty much as all the websites that provide VoIP (Voice Ip service- Phone calls through the internet) with some interesting features to be considerate that really interact with the Facebook environment.

This system work as this picture explains. Smooth and simple, you just have to add the person you want to call with all the details such as country+city code+phone number and you will receive according to your choice either an email or SMS with a local phone number. From there on the only thing that you have to do is call that local number that will link your Call with your friends in the other side of the globe.

Simply and fast. Another good thing about this application is that once you received that local phone number you can save it in your contacts list to use it whenever you want to hear the news from abroad.

Now moving to the interaction of this application with the Facebook platform we can see how the Group Talk call feature can be done very fast and easily. The person who sets up the call enters their Facebook friends’ names, and walla!!!... can then make the call private – just for the people invited – or public, which makes the call open to any of their friends who want to join.

Also you have the option to include people who are not Facebook users. To do this the person setting up the call has to enter participants’ names, phone numbers (either mobile or landline) and their email addresses. Finishing with a really useful tool that lets the first person who joins a conference call, to call all of the other invited participants to let them know the Group Talk session is starting. Like an invitation call!!

So in conclusion, for people like me living abroad with so many friends to call and so many hours spend in websites providing services like this application does, group talk is a really interesting application that let's me stay checking all my stuffs in my facebook plus get conected for free in some cases, or at really cheap rates with a great quality of sound. Last New Year's eve I made around 10 international calls, next year I might only need to schedule one, and enjoy the company of my fellows leaving far away from me.!!!

My qualification is 4 out of 5 works nice, and smooth, and goes in the direction that all Facebook applications should go... include services that we use to look outside in different website, inside!!.

Here I found a really interesting Facebook application for those Tv shows funs that think they now eveything about each specific series that has been launch for the small screen.

This application is called Mesmo Tv, and basically works as a Trivia whith a really extended database of questions of a wide variety of shows of all types that have been alive in the last 10 years!!.
